I already have a Size Passport
The Size Passport can be used during your shopping journey online and in-store, on all our Custom Made articles and a selection from our ready to wear collection. Products that can be altered with the Size Passport will have this option available on the product page.
Once your order has been confirmed, alterations requested via Size Passport cannot be changed or cancelled. Please contact support as soon as possible if you need assistance.
No, using the Size Passport does not affect the time for standard deliveries. Your order will be delivered within the same timeframe as other purchases.
Yes, products adjusted with the help of Size Passport can be returned. Please note that if the item has undergone further alterations by a local tailor or similar, it will no longer be eligible for return.
