A Size Passport is a tool that records your measurements, allowing you to order products in the best-fitting size—perfect fit guaranteed.
It's simple: with detailed information about your size saved in one place, you'll save time and effort when ordering your favorite items.
Visit one of our salons, where we can create your profile on the spot. For Custom Made collection products, you can also easily create it at home—just grab a measuring tape and follow our guidelines.

We believe that less is more, so we suggest starting with basic tailor alterations – use advanced options only when necessary. If you're unsure, contact customer service or visit any salon where we'll be happy to assist you in person.
I already have a Size Passport
The Size Passport can be used both in-store and online—it covers all Custom Made collection products and selected models from the ready to wear collection. Online items that you can adjust with the help of the Size Passport will offer this option on the product page.
Once the order is confirmed, alterations ordered with a Size Passport cannot be changed or canceled. If you need assistance, contact customer service as soon as possible.
No, using a Size Passport does not alter the standard delivery time. Your order will be delivered at the same time as other purchases.
Yes, products tailored using a Size Passport are eligible for return. However, keep in mind that if the product has undergone additional alterations, such as those performed by local tailors, it will not qualify for return.
