I don27t have a Size Passport
Size Passport is a tool that saves your personal measurements, allowing you to order items in the proper Fit and ideal size.
Simply put, it stores all your detailed measurement information, saving you time and effort when repurchasing desired items.
Visit any store where staff can help you create a Size Passport. For Custom Made items, you can also learn from our easy-to-follow tutorial to measure garments at home with a tape measure and create a Size Passport.
Approximately 15 to 25 minutes.
In our view, "less is more." Therefore, we recommend filling out the basic Alterations sizes first and using "Advanced Size Options" only when needed. If you are unsure, contact our customer service team or visit any of our stores for face-to-face guidance.
I already have a Size Passport
Size Passport can be used in-store and online for all Custom Made items and selected Ready to wear collections. Items that allow Alterations via Size Passport will display this option on the product page.
Once your order is confirmed, Alterations requested via Size Passport cannot be modified or canceled. If assistance is needed, please contact customer support promptly.
No, using Size Passport does not affect the Regular delivery time. Your order27s delivery timeframe will be the same as that of other purchased items.
Yes, items altered using Size Passport can be returned. However, if items have been further altered by local tailors or elsewhere, they are not eligible for return.
Yes, as long as they meet our return policy standards, items altered using Size Passport can be fully refunded.
