You can return your items for free within 30 days from delivery or store purchase date.

Items must:

  • Be unworn, unaltered, free from any signs of wear
  • Have the original tags attached
  • Have been delivered to you or ready for pick up at a store less than 30 days ago.
  • Be returned in the same country of purchase (cross country returns are not permitted)

How do I make a return?

How to return items bought in store:

Store purchases can be returned to any store in the same country you purchased from.

Store purchases can be returned online in the same country as the store you purchased from - please contact Customer Service to initiate this.

For ‘Breuninger’ stores in Germany and stores in Lithuania, Estonia, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates: Store purchases need to be returned to the original store you purchased from.

How to return items bought online:

  1. Log in to Suitsupply.com and select the order you want to return items from.
  2. Choose the item(s) you want to return.
  3. Follow the instructions to schedule a free UPS pickup or select a UPS drop-off point.
  4. Attach the return label included in your initial order.
  5. Wait for pickup or drop off your parcel(s).

Refund Methods, Timeline & Shipping Fees

Return shipments typically take a few days to reach our warehouse, depending on your location.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse:

  • Return processing: Up to 5 business days
  • Refunds: Depending on your bank, the refund will take 2-5 business days until it is visible in your account

If a shipment is returned to the sender because it is undeliverable, it will automatically be processed as a return and refunded.

No, the prepaid UPS return label is already included in the parcel we shipped to you.

If you can't find your return label or you purchased in store, please contact Customer Service.

Track the shipment of your return using the tracking number written on the return label on the UPS website. For online purchases, your return label is included in your shipment. For store purchases, your return label is sent via email after you register your return.

You will also receive email updates from Suitsupply during your return process.

No, return shipping is free of charge.

Refunds (if within policy) are issued to the original payment method and in the same currency as the original transaction, except in the following scenarios:

  • Payments using a Gift Card are refunded to a new Gift Card
  • Cash purchases made in store and then returned online, will be refunded via Gift Card

If you used multiple payment methods (e.g., Credit Card and Gift card) and partially returned an order:

  • You will first be refunded to the original payment method up to the amount paid with it
  • Any remaining amount is refunded to a new Gift Card

Yes, for purchases made between November 1st and December 25th, we offer an extended 60-day return period.

Store & Online Purchases

Yes. You can return an online order in any store in the same country where it was purchased.

For example:

  • Online purchase from Suitsupply Netherlands website:
    • Return to any store in the Netherlands ✅
    • Return online in the Netherlands ✅
    • Return to stores outside the Netherlands ❌
    • Return online outside the Netherlands ❌

If you purchased in store, it can only be returned online in the same country as the store you purchased from.

  • Purchase made at the Suitsupply New York Madison Avenue Store:
    • Return online within the US ✅
    • Return to any store in the US ✅
    • Return online outside the US ❌
    • Return to stores outside the US ❌

For orders placed in Outlet Stores, Lithuania, Estonia, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates, and 'Breuninger' stores in Germany: These purchases can only be returned at the original store you purchased from.

No, full suits have to be returned together. Identify a full suit by its product code, which begins with SNS or P (e.g., SNS00250 or P7232).

Only suits from the Mix & Match Collection can be returned as individual pieces.

Yes, it is possible to cancel your return request as long as the return has not yet been shipped back to us or completed in-store. To cancel your return request, please contact Customer Service.

Pickups & Scheduling

You can schedule a pickup on the UPS website using your return label tracking number. Simply follow the instructions under "Need a collection?" on the UPS website.

You may also drop off your parcel(s) at a UPS Access Point.

Pickups can be rescheduled or cancelled on the UPS website using your return label tracking number.

  1. Enter your return label tracking number and relevant details under "Check Status"
  2. Then click "Modify Collection" or "Cancel Collection" and follow the instructions.

Exchanges

Online exchanges are available only for the same item in a different size. This can be initiated via your online account.

Note: Your exchange will only ship 1–2 business days after your return is processed.

If you'd like to change your item for a different item, you may process a return (within policy) and place a new order online or in store.

Defective Product

If your item is damaged or defective, please take clear photos of the issue and contact Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If the item was purchased in store, please return it to a store in the same country where our store team can assist you.
