Size Passport is a tool that saves your measurements, enabling you to order products in the correct size and perfect Fit.
Simple, with all your detailed size information saved in one place, you'll save time and effort when reordering your favorite items.
Visit one of our stores and let us create a garment for you. For Custom Made items, you can also grab a garment and a measuring tape and create one from the comfort of your home with our easy-to-follow tutorial.

Our motto is "less is more." Therefore, we recommend starting with all the basic Alterations, using "advanced size options" only when necessary. If unsure, contact our customer service team or visit one of our stores to receive help in person.
I already have a Size Passport
You can use Size Passport during the shopping journey in-store and online, with all our Custom Made items, and with a selection of the Ready to wear collection. Products that can be altered with Size Passport will display this option on the product page.
If your order has been confirmed, changes requested through Size Passport cannot be modified or canceled. If you need assistance, contact customer service as soon as possible.
No, using Size Passport does not change standard delivery times. Your order will be delivered in the same timeframe as other purchases.
Yes, products altered using Size Passport can be returned. However, if the item has undergone other Alterations by a local tailor or elsewhere, it cannot be returned.
Yes, items altered using Size Passport are eligible for a full refund, provided they meet our return policy requirements.
