Yes, it is possible to cancel your return request as long as the return has not yet been shipped back to us or completed in-store. To cancel your return request, please contact Customer Service.

You are be able to schedule a pickup with [Royal Mail UK / Canada Post Canada] when registering your return through your online account. In case of pickup you do not receive a QR code for drop-off. The carrier will arrive with all the necessary information and the return label for your parcel.
