The Size Passport is a tool that allows you to save your measurements, so you can order items in the size that fits you best and ensure a perfect fit.
With your various measurements saved together in one place, you'll save time when you choose to order your favorite items again.
You can visit one of our stores and let us create your Size Passport. For Custom Made items, you can also use one of your garments and a measuring tape and handle it yourself, comfortably from home, with our tutorial.
About 15 to 25 minutes.
For us, simplicity is golden. We therefore advise you to start with basic alterations and only use the advanced size options button when necessary. If you're unsure, feel free to contact our customer service team or visit a store to get help from one of our advisors.
I already have a Size Passport
The Size Passport can be used when shopping in-store or online, for all our Custom Made items and for a selection of pieces from the Ready to wear collection. Items that can be altered using the Size Passport are indicated on their respective page.
Once your order is confirmed, alterations requested through the Size Passport cannot be modified or canceled. If you need help, please contact customer service promptly.
No, using the Size Passport does not impact standard delivery times. Your order will be delivered in the same time as any other purchase.
Yes, items altered due to the use of the Size Passport can be returned. However, items that have undergone other alterations, such as by your own tailor, cannot be returned.
Yes, items altered due to the use of the Size Passport are eligible for a full refund as long as they meet the conditions of our return policy.
