Fondée en 1954 dans la province de Côme, située dans le nord de l'Italie, cette célèbre maison est surtout réputée pour son large choix de tissus techniques exceptionnels, et notamment de mélanges de coton imperméables. Tournée vers le progrès et possédant un savoir-faire peaufiné au fil de trois générations, cette maison a produit certains des tissus synthétiques ou en coton de grande qualité les plus innovants du secteur après être passée d'une production régionale à une échelle mondiale dans les années 1960.
