Size Passport is a tool that stores your measurements, allowing you to order products in your exact size with perfect Fit.
With all your size information stored in one place, you save time and effort when you want to reorder your favorite items.
Visit one of our stores and let us create one for you. For Custom Made items, you can also use a piece of clothing and a tape measure and, with our easy tutorial, create it at home at your convenience.

We believe less is more. Therefore, we suggest starting with the basic alterations and applying "advanced size options" only when absolutely necessary. If you're unsure, please contact our customer service team or visit one of our stores for professional and personal advice.
I already have a Size Passport
The Size Passport can be used in your store and online for all our Custom Made items and a selection of the ready-to-wear collection. For items that can be altered online using the Size Passport, this option will be displayed on your product page.
Once your order is confirmed, alterations commissioned through the Size Passport cannot be changed or canceled. If you need help, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
No, using the Size Passport does not change the standard delivery time. Your order will be delivered within the same timeframe as other purchases.
Yes, products altered via the Size Passport can be returned. However, if the item has been altered by a local tailor or otherwise, it can no longer be returned.
Yes, items altered with the Size Passport will receive a full refund, provided they meet the criteria of our return policy.
