Size Passport is a tool that stores your measurements, allowing you to order products in the size that best fits you, with a perfect cut.
Simple, with all detailed information of your measurements saved in one place, you will save time and effort when reordering your favorite garments.
Visit any of our stores and we will create a Size Passport for you. Regarding Custom Made items, you can also take a garment and a measuring tape and create it yourself from the comfort of your home with our handy tutorial.

We believe that less is more. That is why we suggest starting with the basic alterations and using the advanced options only when necessary. If you have doubts, please contact our Customer Service or visit any of our stores for personalized assistance.
I already have a Size Passport
Size Passport can be used in your store and on your online shopping journey, for all our Custom Made items and a selection of Ready to wear products. Items that can have alterations with Size Passport online will have that option available on the product page.
Once your order has been confirmed, the requested alterations cannot be modified or canceled. If you need help, contact Customer Service as soon as possible.
No, using Size Passport does not modify the usual delivery timeframes. Your order will be delivered within the same time frame as other purchases.
Yes, products modified using Size Passport can be returned. However, if the item has had additional alterations by a local tailor or elsewhere, it will no longer be possible to return it.
Yes, the refund is full for these items, as long as they meet the criteria established in our return policy.
