Yes, our return policy extends to Custom Made.

Yes, gift cards can be redeemed at all stores, except at our franchise stores. Gift cards cannot be redeemed at Vilnius, Riga, Tallinn, Panama, Bogotá, Dubai (all stores), Singapore and all our Korean stores. Physical gift cards purchased in any of the aforementioned stores can only be redeemed in the respective store.
