Basic alterations can be done by our in-store tailors within 30 minutes, while more complex alterations can be done within 3 days.

All unworn, unaltered items can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery.

Yes, gift cards can be redeemed at all stores, except at our franchise stores. Gift cards cannot be redeemed at Vilnius, Riga, Tallinn, Panama, Bogotá, Dubai (all stores), Singapore. Physical gift cards purchased in any of the aforementioned stores can only be redeemed in the respective store.
