All unworn, unaltered items can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery.

Yes, our return policy extends to Custom Made.

Refunds are processed within 1-2 days of receiving your returned merchandise. You will receive a confirmation email.

Yes, gift cards can be redeemed at all stores, except at our franchise stores. Gift cards cannot be redeemed at Vilnius, Riga, Tallinn, Panama, Bogotá, Dubai (all stores), Singapore. Physical gift cards purchased in any of the aforementioned stores can only be redeemed in the respective store.
