How and where do I use my Suitsupply gift card?

Suitsupply gift cards can be purchased and used both online and in select stores. Gift cards purchased online cannot be redeemed in the following stores: Vilnius, Riga, Tallinn, Minsk, Moscow (all stores), Panama, Bogotá, Dubai (all stores), China (all stores) and Singapore. Physical gift cards purchased in any of the aforementioned stores can only be redeemed in the respective store.

Can I return a gift card?

Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for cash except where required by applicable law. Credit will be applied to a new gift card if an item purchased with a gift card is returned.

When will my gift card expire?

Our gift cards have no expiration date.

How does the e-gift card work?

E-gift cards can be purchased and used in the same way as physical gift cards. The only difference is that they are delivered through email rather than by a carrier.

Can I ship a gift card directly to the recipient?

Absolutely! Fill in the recipient’s address in the shipping address field at checkout and we’ll send the gift card their way!

How long will it take for a physical gift card to arrive?

Your physical gift card will arrive in 2 to 4 days.
